We only accept a limited amount of clients every month to ensure the best results for your business! Once production has started, we ask clients to expect the launch of their website to be completed within two-five weeks from their scheduled design date. We establish expectations among both the client and the designer prior to production and will actively communicate with you throughout the design process. We set specific deadlines for deliverables and revisions to stay on track of the expected launch date. Failure to meet deadlines can result in a later launch date and additional fees.
Once production is completed and necessary balances are paid, the ownership of the website will be transferred to the client. Any updates that would need to be made in the future is the client’s responsibility. We provide tutorials and guides on how to make updates such as product listings, blog posts, etc.
We are more than happy to assist you further after you have launched your website for an additional fee.
We currently only design websites with Webflow and Shopify. With over 5 years of experience, we have worked with all website platforms and have found that platforms are the best fit for both the client and designer(s).
